Throughout this project, we repaired exterior and interior damage to a concrete wall after it was struck by a vehicle. Our skilled team carefully blended the new work with the original design for a cohesive finish. We worked closely with the property management of this apartment building in southern South Dakota to complete repairs and maintenance with minimal disruption to the complex’s residents.

The asphalt driveway had also suffered some wear and tear over time, so we patched sections of it to smooth it out and prevent further damage. By addressing these issues, we restored the building’s structural integrity and enhanced its curb appeal, bringing value back to this investment property and the surrounding neighborhood.

We cut out the damaged area, dug it out, and packed it down with a compactor and hammer.
Once the area was prepped, we brought in some asphalt patch and filled the hole.
Alex and Jerome broke it up and packed it in.
Raked, packed, and shaped the patch.
And voila, the driveway is smooth again.
