I can best describe myself as a man who knows what he wants, and I have always had a clear vision of creating my own success. Raised an Army brat, I became accustomed to hardship, deep pain, and change. I’ve overcome incredible obstacles in my life, but, thankfully, I’ve always seen them as opportunities. This has driven me to learn and grow at an accelerated pace my entire life.

I attended college while also running a small concrete business of my own and raising my infant son, Miles. He’s a 6’2” man now, and he is my best friend. I also have a wonderful teenage daughter, Regan, and the best wife, Payton.

Throughout my career, I’ve owned and operated multiple construction businesses, and I quickly worked my way to achieving the title of President and ownership stake in my last position at a well-established company.

As a thirty five year old husband, father of two, entrepreneur, and avid outdoorsman, I focus on what I can control. I build real relationships with people and deliver value and true transparency. I envision a company based on two principles - honesty and pride.

Erik Foos brings over 26 years of comprehensive construction experience, beginning in residential construction with a focus on framing and finishing. In 2005, he transitioned into commercial construction, serving as a fire protection system designer, estimator, and project manager. This role afforded him extensive expertise across a wide range of project types, including schools, factories, medical facilities, and numerous local businesses. Since moving into general construction, Erik has been driven by a passion for client satisfaction, prioritizing clear communication and ensuring client confidence from the design phase through to project completion.

Erik is best described as a disciplined, family-oriented professional with a strong commitment to integrity. A dedicated relationship-builder and a man of his word, he upholds Axiom's values of honesty and pride in every project—delivering quality and reliability every step of the way.

Chad Pater has 20 years of leadership experience in civil work and logistics. Chad is a details guy and is known as “Jonny on the spot” around here. He is as reliable and trustworthy as it gets — the embodiment of our core values.

I’ve worked with Chad for 8 years, and come hell or high water, he was always the first man on the job site. And usually the last to leave, too. He’s certainly the most organized man I know.

Yes, this is one of those family companies where my wife works seven days a week right there along side me. Believe it or not, we think it’s fun.

After business school, she cut her teeth marketing herself and learning the intricacies of running her own business. As a matter of fact, when I first saw her at a Scooter’s Coffee years ago, she was studying a set of blue prints, and I just had to meet her. The rest is history.
