Project Overview

For this project, Axiom partnered with a client to transform their vacant commercial property into a move-in-ready opportunity for future tenants.

Our team made strategic repairs and updates to enhance functionality and appearance, including HVAC upgrades, furnace repair, and new windows for increased efficiency. We also removed old ceramic tile and prepped the floor for a new finish, replaced much of the ceiling, repaired and patched drywall, and gave it all a fresh coat of paint, giving the space a refreshed feel and making it an attractive investment.
