In the midst of all this, we’re also dreaming up and mapping out big plans for the future. While the company was only recently established, our team has been working in the construction industry for many years. We’ve learned a thing or two in our decades of experience, not only about construction, but about business. We believe that there is a right way to do business: with honesty and pride. Axiom Construction Group’s core team came together on a mission to bring greatness back to the construction industry. We pride ourselves on these individuals who embody integrity, hard work, and dedication to refining their craft.

Our President, Jerome Hunt, is a visionary who has always had a passion for building things. Everything that tries to stand in his way quickly becomes nothing but a launchpad to achieving his (very large) goals. Jerome is the inspiration behind our company’s values, Honesty and Pride.

Chad Pater is our Project Manager and Estimator. He exhibits incredible focus and unwavering dependability. Chad is a “first in, last out” guy, and we can always count on him to ensure every detail of a project is meticulously handled.

Erik Foos, our Business Development Manager, prioritizes client satisfaction and brings a deep understanding of project management, honed over 26 years in construction. His professionalism and discipline make him a perfect representative of our company values.

Our Creative Director, Payton Hunt, has built marketing programs from the ground up, and brings the adaptability, creativity, and proactive attitude needed in a fast-growing company. Payton develops and implements Axiom Group’s strategic vision while exemplifying the transparency and high standards that we maintain.
